Who Needs a France Schengen Visa?
Saudi nationals and many expatriate residents in Saudi Arabia need a Schengen visa for short visits to France. Apply through France if France is your main destination, where you spend the most nights, or your first entry point when no main destination can be identified.
Fees & Insurance
The France-Visas fee schedule lists the short-stay Schengen visa fee at EUR 90 for adults and EUR 45 for children between 6 and 12. Children under 6 are generally free of charge. VFS or application-centre service fees are separate.
Travel medical insurance is required for Schengen short-stay visas and must cover at least EUR 30,000 for emergency medical care and repatriation across the Schengen area.
